Copyright Notice

Authors who publish article in this journal agree to the following terms:

  1. Authors hold the copyright and grant the journal first publication rights with the work simultaneously licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution Share-Alike License(CC-BY-SA). This means that although the authors’ work is published in the journal, the authors remain the copyright holders.
  2. Authors may make separate additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distributionof the version of record (e.g., posting it to institutional repositories), with acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal.
  3. Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their version of record online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their websites) as this can lead to productive exchanges as well as earlier and greater citation of the published work.

 

License to Publish

J-MILE is an open-access journal and is licensed under https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/ (CC BY-SA), which provides users of the journal the flexibility to use articles under the following terms:

  1. Commercial Use: The CC BY-SA 4.0 license allows for both commercial and non-commercial use, so the content can be used and shared freely, supporting broader dissemination and utilization.
  2. Similar Sharing Terms: If someone remixes, adapts, or builds upon the work, their contributions must be distributed under the same CC BY-SA 4.0 license as the original work. This ensures that any new work based on the original content adheres to the same licensing terms.
  3. Use, Attribution, and Citation: Author(s) and readers are allowed to: (i) share and distribute version of record in any medium or format; (ii) provide appropriate attribution to the original author(s) and journal; (iii) when using content from the journal, proper attribution must be given through citation of the original source and author(s).
